In more than six decades of existence, Dubravica Bakery has grown from a small family business into one of the leading bakery chains in Croatia. Today, Dubravica comprises 37 bakeries in the busiest locations in the city.

Tradition: Bread and pastries are made according to a tried-and-tested original recipe, using local ingredients, and a lot of effort and manual labor has gone into everything. There is also a traditional fireclay base in the oven that gives their pastries and bread a unique taste.

Quality: Only the best ingredients and methods are good enough for Dubravica bread - from carefully selected types of flour freshly ground in local mills, water refined using a special swirling method to acquire the properties of natural spring water, carefully grown natural starters and sourdoughs, and a gentle touch of cutting-edge modern technology.

Innovation: Although the recipes and bread-making methods that founder Franjo Mikelec devised more than 60 years ago are still cherished today, Dubravica bakeries are continuously enriching their offer with new products aligned with new knowledge about nutrition and consumer demands. 

At Dubravica bakery, you can find 154 types of products every day – from around thirty types of bread and imaginative fine pastries and desserts to healthy, colorful salads, pizzas, sandwiches and pasta.
